ご相談・ご依頼の流れ

「行政書士に相談するのは初めてで緊張する」「まずは話だけ聞いてみたい」という方もご安心ください。当事務所では、お客様の不安に寄り添い、最短当日からのスピーディーな対応を心がけております。

【STEP 1】まずはお問い合わせ（相談料無料）

まずは、お電話またはお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。 現在のお悩みや、手続きが必要な状況を簡単にお伺いします。

【STEP 2】ヒアリング・面談日の調整

お問い合わせ内容を確認し、専門の行政書士より折り返しご連絡いたします。 より詳しい状況を把握するため、面談（無料）の日時を調整させていただきます。

【STEP 3】無料面談の実施

お客様のご都合に合わせ、「4つの選べる面談スタイル」をご用意しております。岡山県内全域、柔軟に対応いたします。

①当事務所

②お客様のご自宅・職場

③カフェ等の公共の場

④Web（Zoom・GooglMeet等）面談

【STEP 4】お見積りとご提案

面談でお伺いした内容に基づき、最適な解決策と正確なお見積りをご提示します。 「何にいくらかかるのか」を、専門用語を使わずに分かりやすくご説明いたします。

【STEP 5】ご契約・業務着手

内容にご納得いただけましたら、正式にご契約となります。 委任状をいただき、速やかに書類作成や役所との調整などの業務を開始いたします。 （※着手金が必要な業務の場合は、お支払い後の着手となります）

【STEP 6】完了報告・アフターフォロー

手続きが完了しましたら、すみやかに書類一式をお渡しし、完了のご報告をいたします。 業務終了後も、関連する手続きや将来的なご不安について、いつでもお気軽にご相談いただける「パートナー」として寄り添います。

【STEP 1】 Initial Inquiry (Free Consultation)

First, please contact us via telephone or our inquiry form. We will briefly ask about your current concerns and the procedures you require.

The initial consultation is free. No costs will be incurred until you officially hire us, so please feel free to reach out with confidence.

【STEP 2】 Hearing & Scheduling

After reviewing your inquiry, a specialized Administrative Scrivener will contact you. To better understand the details of your situation, we will schedule a time for a formal (free) meeting.

【STEP 3】 Free Meeting

To suit your convenience, we offer four flexible meeting styles. We provide support throughout the entire Okayama Prefecture.

  1. At Our Office

  2. At Your Home or Workplace (On-site visit)

  3. Public Spaces (Such as a café)

  4. Online (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)

【STEP 4】 Quote and Proposal

Based on the details discussed during the meeting, we will present the best solution and a precise quote. We explain “what costs how much” in simple, plain English/Japanese, avoiding confusing legal jargon.

【STEP 5】 Contract & Commencement of Work

Once you are satisfied with the proposal, we will enter into a formal contract. Upon receiving a Power of Attorney (Ininjyo), we will immediately begin drafting documents and coordinating with relevant government authorities. (Note: For services requiring a retainer fee, work will begin after payment is confirmed.)

【STEP 6】 Completion Report & Aftercare

Once the procedures are complete, we will promptly hand over all documents and provide a final report. Even after the work is finished, we remain by your side as a legal partner you can easily consult regarding related procedures or future concerns.

Q. 土日祝日や夜間の面談は可能ですか？ A. はい、事前にご予約いただければ柔軟に対応いたします。お仕事帰りや休日しか時間が取れない方もお気軽にご相談ください。

Q. 岡山県外からでも相談できますか？ A. もちろんです。Web面談を活用し、全国からのご相談に対応しております。ただし、現地の調査が必要な業務（農地転用や車庫証明等）については、対応エリアを確認させていただきます。

Q. Can we have a meeting on weekends, holidays, or in the evening? A. Yes. We are flexible with our scheduling if you book in advance. Please feel free to consult us even if you are only available after work or on your days off.

Q. Can I consult you if I live outside of Okayama Prefecture? A. Of course. We support clients nationwide through online meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). However, for tasks that require on-site investigations (such as Farmland Conversion or Garage Certificates), we will need to confirm if we can provide full support in your specific area.
